ABOUT THE ROLE:
Having just implemented a new ERP system, this organisation is seeking an experienced leader to own and lead their core enterprise platforms - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of these systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned to business needs. Acting as the bridge between IT and the business, you will translate operational and commercial requirements into effective system solutions while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report and accountability for the Dynamics 365 support partner relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Platform ownership and administration
- Continuous improvement & business engagement
- Data reporting & integration
- Assisting with projects, change & vendor management
- Power Platform & innovation
- Team leadership & support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential
- Significant experience in similar roles, ideally 7 years +
- Strong understanding of finance, operations, supply chain, and sales business processes
- Experience with system configuration, security roles, workflows, data, and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capability
- People leadership experience or capability
