ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a newly created role due to the continual growth of this organisation.  It will help expand the architecture capability across the business during an era of rapid and constant change. 

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining an overview of their IT assets, business processes and capabilities. You will establish a sound foundation to support business change, planning and improving the integrity, sustainability and agility of the enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and maintain business and application architecture models
  • Understand technology product and vendor strategies, products, and customer preferences
  • Review the business process models produced by the Business Analysts and contextualise them within the broader architectural model
  • Publish and maintain current state business and application architectures
  • Understand, model, and represent the impact of the business requirements in a human consumable manner
  • Support platform and vendor evaluations, transition, and migration approaches

ABOUT YOU:
  • 5+ years’ experience in an architectural or senior business analysis role
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, easily abstracts and communicates through graphic representation
  • Extensive analysis and design experience
  • Experience in the creation of end-to-end architectural components as well as crafting and delivering contemporary layer application/architecture stacks.
  • Instinctively applies lean/agile methods
  • Skilled in Software AG ARIS or equivalent
  • Understanding of Business Process Modelling using EPC
