ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for producing analytics and insights for management teams across the organisation to support evidence/data-based decision making. You will build and maintain relationships of credibility with colleagues and functional/regional managers, acting on an informed understanding of the business and the external environment in order to provide consistently professional, informed analytical support across the assigned portfolio.
  • Providing high quality analytics and insights
  • Identifying relevant trends or issues, and completing follow up analysis
  • Having an open mind and looking for and focusing on solutions
  • Developing and preparing dashboards / visuals and reporting, as required.
  
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Three to five years’ experience across end-to-end data solution development within in a large complex organisation.
  • A solid background in business intelligence, data modelling, and data analytics. 
  • Expertise in tech stacks including SQL Server Data Tools and Azure Data Services (ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics and Power BI).
  • Able to work with business stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Strong project experience in building/tuning data pipelines, developing data models and storytelling of data.
  • Experience in delivering data solutions through agile project management frameworks.
