ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Digital Business Analyst plays a critical role in taking a user centered view to defining, designing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our client’s website and digital retail screens.
  • Understand and document the requirements for digital features and enhancements through clear communications with users, product owners, development teams and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate, communicate, verify and maintain user requirements, including mapping digital customer journeys and associated business processes.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources and help distinguish user requests from user needs.
  • Analyse, design and prioritise how potential solutions to problems are best delivered aligning with the overall digital experience.
  • Foster Agile principles and methods for requirement gathering.
  • Facilitate Agile rapid and meaningful releases.
  • Deliver exceptional digital experiences to drive business value.
ABOUT YOU:
  • 3+ years’ Business Analysis experience in a true Agile / Scrum / XP environment.
  • Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management.
  • Experience performing end-user interviews, leading requirements gathering sessions, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience using Agile “test first” frameworks like FitNesse with Cucumber and other BDD test specification frameworks a plus.
  • Understanding of programming including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA would be ideal.
  • Experience of API based integration to third party platforms.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms.
