ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working closely on projects and providing analytical support and project management services. You'll be part of the process automation team and successfully deliver process automation solutions and services. The client has recently won a large banking client and you'll be working solely alongside supporting them initially. 

You'll provide expert BA advice to correctly scope and deliver on complex and innovative services. You'll lead coordination of customer workshops, understand the customers business strategy and it's impact on work processes as well as collecting data to understand information flows and other services costs within the customer environment. 

Using the data collected, develop recommendations to improve the current processes within a customer’s environment 

Assist Process Automation consultants to complete reports, proposals, and presentations, focusing on technical components, work processes, and document flows.

Alongside BA activities, you'll also support on project management. 

You will define and document scope, cost, budget, timeframe, and schedule of projects. You'll work with the banking customer and internal teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) to manage and deliver (transition and transformation) projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a great role if you'd like to work in a BA advisory role as well as supporting projects and broadening your project management skillset too.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Have previous experience in business analysis (5+ years experience), project management or change management. 
  • Advanced reporting skills using MS Word, Excel and Visio
  • Project management skills 
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to details
