ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working closely with project managers to provide continuous improvement, business process analysis and have excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, Value Stream Mapping.
You'll work with project, business and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value via projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role focuses heavily on enhancing operational efficiency by mapping existing processes, drawing inferences from process details while considering business objectives and partnering with project teams and the project team to design new processes and tools, solve process related problems, minimise business risk and deliver the new solution.
This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.
You'll sit within their PMO team reporting to the Head of PMO and be part of a supportive, collaborative team. The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on a Friday and offer great flexibility.
- Have previous experience in business analysis (3+ years experience), project management or change management.
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, Value Stream Mapping.
