ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for business analysis and process design across assigned projects.  You will work on both ICT and business-focused projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Using a range of techniques and tools for eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating and communicating requirements
  • Contributing to business case development 
  • Developing quality business requirements documentation
  • Proactively identifying issues and risks
  • Working collaboratively with the implementation team to translate business requirements into solutions that satisfy business needs
  • Assisting in the development of test scripts and providing oversight and assistance to the UAT process
  • Provide reporting as required
  • Assisting with developing training materials and ensuring sufficient training is planned and implemented
ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
  • Knowledge of workflow systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Root cause analysis and problem definition skills
  • Requirements elicitation and definition skills and experience
  • Experience with process definition and modelling
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with business mapping tools such as Visio
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
