ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a key role within the team, acting as a liaison between the business and IT. You will elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage stakeholder needs. You will be a conduit to the business on solution strategy, process, and technology, including definition, managing development and delivery. As a BA you will be an expert on specific business processes and systems and will manage projects to achieve this.
ABOUT YOU:
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the delivery of IT-based business solutions
A good working knowledge of current SDLC using Agile methodologies
Experience with software change management systems, such as Jira
Expert knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel
Comfortable working across multiple projects and successfully managing interdependencies
It is also highly desirable if you have experience with any of the following:
LMS - implementing and using e-learning management systems
Project management experience on small to medium-sized projects
Web-based solutions
Microsoft Dynamics System (NAV or CRM)
Systems integration
Financial and/or Insurance Systems
Experience with developing views in a Business Intelligence Tools, e.g. Tableau
A thorough understanding of leading software delivery methods
