ABOUT THE COMPANY:
This is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation in the Financial Services sector. They are going through a period of exciting change, and are working on many new initiatives with a big focus on IT and Digital. 

With offices based in Auckland CBD, they offer the flexibility to work from home or in their office, ideally 2- 3 days a week in office and the rest at home. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality business analyst support to the wider business. Working in a project environment you will bring your Agile and Waterfall experience, and liaise with stakeholders. 
  • Develop and implement plans for delivery of Business Analysis requirements across assigned projects, adapting these plans as required throughout project delivery.
  • Within the context of assigned projects, analyse business processes, structures, and ways of working to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Use process management software to develop process models and workflows, and associated collateral.
  • Use appropriate Business Analysis tools and techniques to elicit, validate, document, prioritise and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
ABOUT YOU:
  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Agile experience, particularly in life insurance industry
  • Experience with delivery involving multiple development teams
  • Demonstrated experience across a range of business analysis skillsets
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft stack and integrated environments
  • Ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received.
  • Elaborate ideas clearly to both business stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Manage stakeholder’s expectations
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas
