ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for effective delivery of all testing activities and providing hands on testing support. You will provide technical leadership to the team, which includes other Testers as well as managing up to Senior Stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
• Ability to identify and document test scenarios and scripts. • Ability to derive test cases based on requirements. • Perform functional, regression, integration, system and end to end testing. • Ability to ensure test coverage and defects are captured and communicated clearly. • Provide input to continuous improvements on our testing methods and standards. • Participate in the test strategy and planning for initiatives. • Recommend and implement improvements to the testing capability within the Technology domains ABOUT YOU:
7+ years of professional quality engineering experience (insurance domain would be bonus)
Hands-on experience on software test automation using Playwright (or similar)
Worked as a Lead in a role, or Senior stepping up into a lead
Quality-oriented with a hands-on personality
Strong Agile background and mindset.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly is a fundamental necessity
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
