ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of test automation.  Working closely with testers and developers, you'll conduct automated tests to ensure the software is fit for purpose.

The Automation Engineer is responsible for defining and driving innovative automation testing strategies and toolsets into the overall development processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes.  This is an essential role for continuous integration and delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

At least 3 years of experience in a QA automation role
A thorough understanding of the SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
Experience writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies including Cucumber, Selenium, Postman, SoapUI
Experienced in bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes
Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD and BDD
Proficient working with relational databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL
