ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you will support and maintain a suite of applications within the enterprise applications portfolio – particularly document generation products and integration services.
This will include:
Acting as subject matter expert for applications within the portfolio
Monitoring performance and availability of applications
Producing application code
Investigating and resolving incidents
Establishing and maintaining user guides and documentation
Prioritising and responding to incoming level 2 service desk tickets
ABOUT YOU
Strong SQL programming skills
A solid track record with producing SSRS templates
Experience with source control systems such as Git
Good understanding of service desk work management principles
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
