ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you will support and maintain a suite of applications within the enterprise applications portfolio – particularly document generation products and integration services.

This will include:
  • Acting as subject matter expert for applications within the portfolio
  • Monitoring performance and availability of applications
  • Producing application code
  • Investigating and resolving incidents
  • Establishing and maintaining user guides and documentation
  • Prioritising and responding to incoming level 2 service desk tickets
  
ABOUT YOU
  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • A solid track record with producing SSRS templates
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git
  • Good understanding of service desk work management principles
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
