They focus on digital marketing solutions to a variety of industries and have a tight-knit team with an office based in the heart of Auckland's North Shore.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of the account management team, you will play a key role in partnering with brands to deliver marketing solutions and digital campaigns.
You'll manage at team of 5 account managers and work closely with sales & technical teams to ensure your clients' needs are well met. You'll be able to build excellent rapport with clients and ensure they are receiving the best possible experience.
There is a lot of opportunity in this role, and it will suit someone who has excellent people management experience as well as strong commercial acumen. You'll work closely with onboarding new customers and ensuring they are receiving best in class experience.
You’ll have the ability nurture customers and understand areas of improvement while coming up with digital concepts that elevate their pain-points and increase their sales. You’ll be able to tactfully adapt your approach to suit different clients & sectors.
You’ll be genuine in your approach and have the ability to consult and adapt to client needs.

ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a complex client services environment (3+ years)
- Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Customer Retention skills
- Build strong, long-term effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at once
- Experience in digital marketing or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Base salary & a new car + petrol card option.
