Their NZ office is based in Auckland city. 

This role wear so many hats within the business where you’ll be working across implementation; product & client account management. You could be seeing a client in the morning, then supporting the team on wireframes in the afternoon.
As an Account Manager at M2X, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with your clients; work closely on onboarding and implementation of products; roll out of new features and being a product advocate within the business. There is a product ownership piece to the role where it you’ll provide a deep product understanding and knowledge to clients and to work with the team on solutions to improve the product.
You will provide your clients with ongoing client support and work as a consultant by being the go-to person for any of your clients’ needs via frequent visits and interactions to provide training and support and acting as the voice of the customer back to the organisation to identify product gaps and enhancements. 
Ultimately you will become an authority on their product, guiding clients on optimal utilisation and providing proactive insights to enhance their operations.

We are looking for a someone who gets excited about working for a fast-growing software company that will challenge them and offer them opportunities to work across a wide range of teams.
You’ll have proven experience working with clients from a software perspective and being able to provide them with the highest level of account management, product ownership or business analysis.
  • Two or more years’ experience in a client facing role with complex problem solving.
  • A degree in Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology (post-graduate study is highly desirable)
  • Project and time management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and task-oriented nature
