ABOUT THE ROLE
  
As an Account Manager, you will be part of the team that drives the sales and implementation of their software to carriers and manage account relationships across M2X's customer base.

You will be responsible for taking clients through initial demonstration to implementation. You will have frequent visits and interactions with existing customers, providing training and support, and work with their software engineering team to identify solutions for customer problems and enhance the customer’s experience.

It is anticipated that there will be 5-7 days of travel per month to clients.

ABOUT YOU

M2X are looking for a self-starter, someone who is excited by the opportunity to dive in and grow with the business. As such, they are open a range of experience and industries. If you are interested in software or looking to make a change we would be more than happy to hear from you.
  • 3+ years of professional experience within Software Implementation and/or Account Management
  • A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Previous experience in the software industry is viewed favourably
  • Project and time management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and task orientated nature
