ABOUT THE COMPANY

M2X is a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, founded here in New Zealand, delivering smart logistics optimisation software to large enterprises and logistics companies. ABOUT THE ROLE
  
As an Account Manager, you will be part of the team that drives the sales and implementation of their software to carriers and manage account relationships across M2X's customer base.

You will be responsible for  initial demonstration of the product to clients through to its implementation of the software within client organisations. You will have frequent visits and interactions with existing customers, providing training and support, and work with their software engineering team to identify solutions for customer problems and enhancement to the customer’s experience.

It is anticipated that there will be 5-7 days of travel per month to clients.

ABOUT YOU

M2X are looking for a self-starter, someone who is excited by the opportunity to dive in and grow with the business. As such, they are open a range of experience and industries. If you are interested in software or looking to make a change we would be more than happy to hear from you.
  • 2+ years of professional experience within Account Management, logistics, or general graduate programme. 
  • A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Project and time management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and task orientated nature
