Our client is a trusted and well-respected communications agency specialising in social media, public relations, and experiential activations. They pride themselves on the relationships they build directly with their loyal clients and create meaningful stories on their behalf. They have a tight-knit team with an office based near the city centre.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting role for someone who lives and breathes PR and social marketing.
You'll work closely with some of the best brands in New Zealand (also have big global presence) to provide excellent social media & public relations expertise.
You'll run meetings and develop close relationships with them - an extension of their brand and be a trusted advisor to them.
You will come up with amazing social, digital & PR campaigns and ideas for the brands you work with and be the go to person for all things social.
You will have experience buying on social media and be able to pull insights so you can monitor campaigns.
You will work with an incredible team and have a support network around you to grow with the company alongside amazing benefits.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have agency experience - PR; social; digital agency experience
Have excellent digital and content marketing skills – with in-depth understanding of digital media
Is an excellent communicator, both externally and internally
Excellent writing skills for social media platforms
Experienced using social platforms for marketing: Meta
Business Manager, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube
Experience buying media on social platforms: Meta AdsManager, with the ability to report using media metrics + data, and be able to distill learnings and insights for reporting
Experience in producing social/digital campaign plans and content recommendations
Experience in managing content production from brief writing through to publishing
Excellent understanding of social media best practice, channels and industry
Broad understanding of media relations, experiential, corporate communications, marketing communications
Knowledge of influencer market best practice, including who and when to engage, briefing, content creation & delivery and KPI setting
