ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A trusted and well-respected communications agency specialising in social media, public relations, and experiential. They pride themselves on the relationships they build directly with their loyal clients and create meaningful stories on their behalf. They have a tight-knit team with a city fringe office location. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager with over 7 years of experience who is ready to take their career to the next level and join an awesome company and team. 
  
You will be adaptable and empathetic and have a knack for understanding both business and client’s needs. You will take ownership of your projects and be the point of contact for projects and campaigns for clients.
  
You will embrace opportunities for business development and be able to retain and grow their client base through selling-in of new projects.
  
You will have experience managing people and be able to oversee and manage the workflow for the team on projects. You will report directly into the Senior Account Director, and the Group Business Director and be responsible for two direct reports.

ABOUT YOU:
  • 7+ years’ experience in client service in the PR or Communications industry.
  • Proven experience with client PR strategy and writing communications plans. 
  • People management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • People person.
  • A solid understanding of business.
