ABOUT THE COMPANY

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting UX Lead role where you'll work on complex design solutions across all their digital products. This role offers a good breadth and scope while overseeing the global UX across website, mobile, app, digital interface on application as well as leading and driving brand consistency for the group.

The role is B2B and B2C and you'll be defining the interaction and experience design framework for their digital channels and interfaces. You'll also be very much involved in their ecommerce digital transformation. 

You'll ensure the strategy is implemented correctly across all digital channels on a global scale as well as following best practice of digital delivery.

You'll be mentoring and leading a team of 5 UX Designers. 

ABOUT YOU:

You'll have minimum 7 years experience in a similar role with hands-on experience in User Experience Design, as well as experience with people leadership. You'll have proven experience in the delivery of interaction design of web and touched-base design experiences. If you have worked for larger, complex organisations that would be a bonus or spent time in an agency or overseas.
