We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong API integration expertise to join a collaborative, well-established team in a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technical API expertise with business-facing analysis, and wants to help shape how integrations are delivered at scale.

About the role

This is not your typical BA position.

You’ll sit in a hybrid space that combines business analysis, API design, and integration delivery, working closely with both stakeholders and development teams. A key part of the role is bringing structure and clarity to how APIs are defined, documented, and implemented.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping scalable, secure API integrations, helping connect client and third-party systems into a broader platform.

Alongside hands-on delivery, you’ll help establish API standards, patterns, and best practices, contributing to a more mature and future-ready integration ecosystem.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Translate business and client requirements into clear API and integration specifications
• Design and document API request/response models, validation, and error handling
• Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrations
• Contribute to API standards, security, and scalability best practices
• Support broader business analysis and solution design work as needed

• Strong Business Analysis experience in a technical environment
• Proven experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Confidence working closely with engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and shape direction
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI
