ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for IT related issues and requests for a broad range of hardware, software, systems and applications. This role will involve providing remote and some face to face support to thane internal teams and as such requires someone with excellent customer service and communication skills.

ABOUT YOU:
If you enjoy helping others, have a “can do” approach and have the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently then this is the role for you.  The successful person should bring:
  • Recent experience in a Level 2 IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Strong customer service focus, ability to empathise with customers, build rapport & take end to end ownership of cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed listening skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
  • Experience supporting Citrix and thin client devices
  • Proven experience with Intune, managing mobile devices, building laptops & lifecycle management
  • Proven experience assisting with personal computers/laptops, thin client devices, printers and smart devices (tablets and smartphones)
  • The ability to work to standard processes and agreed resolution instructions, but equally comfortable looking for and highlighting opportunities for service improvement
  • A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and a friendly approach
  • ITIL certification or relevant Microsoft tertiary qualifications desirable
