ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the most senior person in the engineering team, you will be the driving force behind the team’s software engineering approach focused on the highest quality of delivery.  They envisage that this role will grow into a more formal leadership role, in which you will be responsible for both technical leadership and people management.

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 7 years software engineering experience
• Experience in a senior level role with natural leadership capabilities
• Full-stack TypeScript - preferably Node backend and Vue frontend
• Experience managing production deployment pipelines, DevOps, monitoring etc
• A passion for mentoring junior/intermediate colleagues and fostering a quality-focused engineering culture.
