As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives across web, mobile application, and integration platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan complex web, application, and integration projects into logical work packages to enable efficient and successful delivery.
- Communicate project plans, priorities, milestones, and risks clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage the successful delivery of strategic cross-functional projects involving digital platforms, technology, systems integration, and business change.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external delivery partners.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to enable timely resolution.
- Demonstrate effective project leadership to achieve agreed business outcomes, budgets, timelines, and quality measures.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Lead engagement with third-party vendors, delivery partners, and service providers to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead implementation planning and support Go/No-Go decision-making processes for project releases and deployments.
- Minimum 7+ years' successful project management experience delivering complex technology and digital initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering web, mobile applications, systems integration, and business change projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong vendor management capability, including managing delivery partners, suppliers, contracts, dependencies, performance, and delivery outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising business, technology, operational, and external vendor resources.
- Strong planning, risk management, governance, and delivery execution skills, with the ability to drive initiatives through to successful completion
