ABOUT THE ROLE:
Help drive a major modernisation programme transforming how we lend to customers and manage risk. Using nCino as a core platform, you’ll play a key role in improving the customer journey.

You’ll work in an agile team delivering software iteratively while contributing to the move to a modern cloud-based stack. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with Development, Product, Security, and Architecture to shape solutions and influence product direction.

We’re looking for someone motivated by continuous improvement, eager to embrace new ways of working, and keen to grow as part of a broader transformation.

ABOUT YOU:
• Design and build Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Bring experience with Salesforce or similar modern SaaS platforms
• Apply strong backend engineering practices (clean code, testing, scalability)
• Translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions
• Lead integrations with internal systems and third-party applications
• Manage deployments and releases using CI/CD tools
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain system performance and stability
• Mentor team members and support a high-performing team
