A little bit about the role:
The Project Delivery Manager is a key point of customer-facing contact  when a project is signed and in the process of being delivered.
The role is responsible for leading the customer interactions and the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, acting as a servant leader of the project organisation and customer success champion.
The role ensures that outstanding customer experience is delivered while still achieving commercial and technical objectives of the project, bridging technical expertise of various internal teams, monitoring and reporting progress and escalating matters when required

This role will involve some overseas travel - USA, Asia, Europe. Approx 2-3 trips a year. You will need to have a valid passport and be willing and able to travel to these locations.  

Who are you?
- Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience working offshore for extended periods of time advantageous
- Minimum of approx. 5 years’ experience as Project Manager
- In depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools
-  Some exposure to or appreciation for Agile would be advantageous – if not, a willingness to learn
and adapt from standard project management frameworks is required
-  Software proficient in standard business applications – Office, project management software etc
