ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking someone who lives and breathes performance.  You'll be the architect bridging high-level planning with flawless technical execution. You won't just oversee campaigns; you'll be the performance guru, ensuring every plan is optimised, accurate and perfectly aligned with the client's growth goals.

You will work closely with the creative and data teams, and have the unique agency to integrate messaging and tech within your plans to accelerate performance across the entire customer journey.

ABOUT YOU:
You will have a deep background in performance planning, and want to move beyond siloed media to a role that integrates Media, Message, Martech and Measurement.  You'll bring the following to succeed in this role:
  • Expert-level experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta, and Programmatic environments.
  • The confidence to lead high-budget, multi-channel executions
  • Agile thinking with the ability to pivot based on real-time data
  • The ability to extract the "why" from attribution nuances and translate complex performance data into clear future strategies
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate complex recommendations with clarity and confidence to internal teams and senior stakeholders
