ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture and play a pivotal role in the IT team, responsible for Oracle support.

You'll be responsible for working closely on projects within the business and providing first line support. You will be ensuring business process and technology work together and delivered on time across the business. 

You will also be supporting an internal team that works with one of their clients to ensure they are part of the wider consultancy.

Key responsibilities: 
  • Provide first-line support for ITSS, including support for any inbound and outbound interfaces with internal, regional and external systems.
  • Provide first-line support for I3 (item maintenance front-end) and its integration to ITSS.
  • Investigate and follow-up on Change Requests/Problem Requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Daily monitoring of inbound and outbound interfaces between ITSS and other internal, regional and external systems to ensure data integrity and correctness in interfacing and address any interface anomalies/issues with respective system owners.
  • To provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers that their requirements are met
  • To honour the principles of Leadership Through Quality and continuously evaluate systems and procedures seeking opportunities for improvement
  • To resolve information needs across the business within the basic principles and guideline objectives of the company’s business and information management strategies
  • To proactively build skills and understanding of the company’s business processes and information systems in the user community. Where appropriate, build datasets and solutions to deliver common information for business reporting purpose
ABOUT YOU:
  • You'll have 2+ years experience working with Oracle ERP systems, ideally across Financials; Supply Chain & Projects. 
  • Understanding of Oracle APIs/integration knowledge and experience supporting system integrations. 
  • Project management skills
