An award-winning digital creative agency with global clients that partners with their clients on developing innovative human centric experiences.
Based in Auckland CBD but they also offer hybrid working. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to work across an exciting and broad portfolio of clients, collaborating on award winning creative and experience design work, the Digital Producer / Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of small-medium digital projects, ongoing campaign activities and supporting admin tasks.

The role entails liaising and working closely with Project and Account Management, Clients and Delivery teams to ensure a high quality of work across a diverse range of activities.

You'll be working alongside a Senior Project Manager who is extremely impressive, she will coach you around best process and improvements. 
  • Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are adequately resourced and ensure the right team members are involved at the right time.
  • Establishing effective relationships with clients, account service and delivery team members.
  • Management of campaigns and projects, especially the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW) determining roles and responsibilities, assigning tasks and resources, creating schedules, meeting deadlines, financial reporting, arranging meetings and team communications.
  • Management of multiple campaigns and small to medium projects, ensuring overall success of each simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage communication methods with virtual teams and clients with remote members throughout project lifecycles.
ABOUT YOU:
  • 3+ years of solid project coordination/ digital production/ project management experience - could be in-house or with an agency. 
  • If you are in an agency but want to move into project manager this could also be a good step-up for you
  • High attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn from senior team members for continual development in the role
  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles and create solutions.
  • Record of successful delivery of small-medium digital campaigns and web development projects.
  • Intermediate understanding of digital production processes; including user experience consultancy, creative production process and website development principles.
  • Display and digital ad-serving tools and technologies experience will be highly regarded.
  • Basic experience with JIRA or similar production tracking software including timeline and scoping methodologies.
  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships with clients and team members.
