ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A successful business in the Engineering and Construction sector, with a big pipeline of projects in flight.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a true generalist role for someone with Level 1&2 IT Desktop Support experience.  Based on a project site in South Auckland, your busy day could see you be called upon to do anything and everything IT support related from making sure everyone is connected to the wifi, to fixing the printer, to setting up laptops, and everything in-between.  This is a face to face role where you will deal with contractors from multiple organisations, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous generalist desktop support experience - level 1&2
  • Previous face to face support experience essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to help and a want to solve problems
  • Previous ServiceNow experience is highly desirable
