A little bit about the role:
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with steering committee to keep the project aligned with their goals
Ensuring clear communication between all parties involved in initiatives
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Budget control for project initiatives
Who are you and what is your experience:
5+ Years of Project Management experience with exposure to at least one of the following: 365 transformations, Workspace transformations, and migrations, Branch communication transformations (wireless deployment)
Vendor management
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous project streams
Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders and skill disciplines
