Contract to start July 22nd, and will initially be an 8 week contract. You will need to be based in Auckland and available to go into the office 2-3 days a week
A bit about the role: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has worked with E-Commerce technologies and projects. This role is to get started on the discovery phase of a project and will work alongside a Solutions Architect to scope requirements. You will bring your previous E-Commerce experience and will know the right questions to ask and to who.
Who are you?
Experience working as a Business Analyst - Ideally 5+ years
Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools or similar)
An understanding of content strategy and design, including information architecture
Ability to prioritise, multitask and follow through in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent
