Joining a small but growing team, you will be able to demonstrate managing a multitude of tasks, have experience on technical BA projects; gathering requirements and working through what new features could look like for their software platform.
Within this role you will work on new features, provide insight into the right solutions and product enhancements for the company and their clients need.
You'll will use your well-honed business analysis skills and work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, problems and opportunities, and then translate those into clear and concise functional requirements that enable the development and implementation of effective solutions.
You'll work on prototypes too and how a new feature could work on the app - there is a bit of UX in there too for someone who is interested in this space.
You'll work closely with all areas of the business from development through to the founder.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 2-5 years' experience. You will be technically minded as well as adaptable in your approach to business analysis.
Key skills you will bring with you:
Exposure to an Agile development environment
Experience planning and co-ordinating technical projects ranging in size and scope
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to analyse and manipulate data
Experience working with banking products is desirable but not essential
