ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business by selling their leading solution to enterprise customers.  This solution correlates events from different security and safety systems into a common operating picture, ensuring full control and situational awareness.

Your main focus will be on building relationships key decision makers across multiple departments within target clients in order to close large, complex deals.
  
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of target buyers, industry trends, the company’s products and competitors
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage with and sell to multiple stakeholders within an organisation
  • Utilise a consultative, solution oriented sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams to execute targeted campaigns to key buyers
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue quotas
  • Accurately manage, forecast and track opportunities using Salesforce
  
ABOUT YOU:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Security Software sales
  • Experience working with private enterprises and large government organisations
  • Experience/background in physical security systems is essential
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in consultative or solution based selling and exceptional skills in relationship-building and solution mapping
  • Background in Security Operations, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning or Recovery is advantageous.
  • The willingness and ability to travel as required
