A fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, founded here in New Zealand, delivering smart logistics optimisation software to large enterprises and logistics companies. ABOUT THE ROLE
  
As an Accounts Executive, you will be part of the team that drives the sales and implementation of their software to carriers and manage account relationships across their customer base.

You will be responsible for initial demonstration of the product to clients through to its implementation of the software within client organisations. You will have frequent visits and interactions with existing customers, providing training and support, and work with their software engineering team to identify solutions for customer problems and enhancement to the customer’s experience.

The organisation provide an extensive onboarding and training programmed to set you up for success. Their culture offers an innovative and fun environment, with strong opportunities for growth as the business in NZ, Australia and the US builds, including further focuses on software implementation, business development and sales, if desired. 

While the role is based in Auckland, success within the role will open up the opportunity to move to their US office in the coming years. 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is excited by the opportunity to dive in and grow with the business. As such, they are open a range of experience. If you are interested in software or looking to make a change we would be more than happy to hear from you. This role ideally suited to a graduate or those who have recently graduate with up to two years experience. 
  • A recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience within Account Management, logistics, or general graduate programme. 
  • A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Project and time management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and task oriented nature
