Scott has worked in the recruitment industry for nearly three years, and holds a MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury specialising in mental health and wellbeing in NZ workplaces.

Scott understands the importance of guiding candidates through the recruitment process. He enjoys getting to know not only a candidate’s skills and experience, but importantly their values and drivers, so he can help them decide on the right role and the right organisation for them.
